CJ Strike Reservoir 18'' CML Pipeline Welding
For this project, we provided specialized welding services for an 18'' CML (Cement Mortar Lined) pipeline extending from the CJ Strike Reservoir. Our team ensured precise, high-quality welds to meet structural and operational standards, contributing to the successful completion of the pipeline installation.
Custom Heavy Duty Cord Reel
A customer approached us needing a heavy-duty, lockable cord reel for a large electrical cable. We designed and fabricated a custom solution tailored to their specifications, ensuring it could securely manage the heavy cable load. The entire reel was powder coated for a durable, long-lasting finish, providing both protection and a professional appearance.
Large Dry Cooler Stands for Data Center
We designed and fabricated large structural stands for massive dry coolers used in a data center. The customer required stands capable of supporting an operating weight of approximately 45,000 lbs. Our team engineered a solution that met the load requirements while optimizing for shipping efficiency. The stands were designed to bolt together on-site, ensuring easy field assembly and minimal freight space, while maintaining the strength and durability needed for long-term performance.
Floating Irrigation Pump Screen Filter System
We designed, fabricated, and installed a custom screen filter system for a floating irrigation pump. The new filter system was engineered to improve water intake efficiency while preventing debris from entering the pump. Built for durability and performance, this upgrade ensures reliable operation in demanding agricultural environments.
Fumigation Injector Ripper Shanks
We designed and fabricated custom fumigation injector ripper shanks for soil treatment applications. These specialized attachments mount to the back of standard ripper shanks, allowing fumigants to be precisely injected into the soil during operation. Each unit was constructed from AR500 plate and hard surfaced to maximize durability and resist wear in tough field conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Irrigation Well Piping
We designed, fabricated, and installed a custom irrigation well tie-in for this project. The entire system was built from 12'' SCH20 pipe, ensuring durability and efficiency for high-volume water flow. To provide long-term protection against wear and environmental elements, the piping received a heavy-duty powder coat finish, delivering both functionality and a professional appearance for the customer.

Tanker Truck Bed Build
We designed and fabricated a custom bed for a small tanker truck, ensuring a precise fit by taking detailed measurements of the truck's frame rails and modeling them in CAD. This allowed for accurate alignment during the mounting of both the bed and tank. Additionally, we fabricated custom fenders in-house to fit seamlessly around the deck and tank. The entire assembly was finished with a heavy-duty gloss black powder coat for enhanced durability and a professional appearance.
Saddle Tank Brackets for Tractor
We designed and fabricated custom saddle tank brackets for a John Deere tractor. These brackets were engineered to bolt directly onto the tractor frame, providing a secure and stable mounting point. The tank saddles were designed to slip into a precisely fabricated pocket and bolt on easily, allowing the customer to install and remove the tanks with minimal effort. This design simplifies the process while ensuring a secure fit for safe and reliable operation in the field.
Wooden Fence Railing Doweling Clamps
We designed and fabricated a specialized set of clamps for a wooden fence rail doweling machine. These clamps were engineered to ensure precise alignment by consistently centering the rail with the rest of the machine. This design guarantees the rails remain straight throughout the doweling process, enhancing both the accuracy and quality of the finished product. Built with durability and precision in mind, these clamps provide reliable performance for continuous use in production environments.
